How to cancel

Cancel directly through your Skool account settings at any time — no emails required, no awkward conversations.

What happens when you cancel

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your membership and community access will end and you won't be charged again.

Founding Member note

Your founding price is locked for as long as you stay. If you cancel and later rejoin, the founding rate cannot be guaranteed — you'd rejoin at the current price.

Annual subscriptions

If you subscribed annually and wish to cancel, your access runs until the end of the annual period already paid for. We do not offer pro-rata refunds on annual plans.

Refunds

As a digital subscription with immediate access to all content, we don't offer refunds on payments already processed. If you have an exceptional circumstance, get in touch at create@lucygalliford.com and we'll always aim to do right by you.

You're always welcome back — just resubscribe and you'll have full access again instantly.
